Sep 2 2023- 22 years have passed, we love & miss you Dad.
You would always say, “Where are you going to be 10 years from now? In the same lifestyle, same job, same habits? What are you going to have to show for it?” In other words “You only Achieve when the Lord is in your life, no and, ifs or buts about it!”
Well Daddy, It’s been 22 years today at 4:10 p.m. you died…the bedroom was full with your children, your siblings, your wife, your nieces & nephews, your lifelong friends, your pastor. We all share memories of you.
In the 22 years that have passed some of those in the room have joined you, some of us have been diagnosed with Chronic pain, Heart disease, Cancer, Alzheimer, Diabetes and have had our Trials and Tribulations. Some have new found happiness in a new relationship, marriage or children, grandchildren and great grandchildren born.
You were right, “You only Achieve when the Lord is in your life, no and, ifs or buts about it!

So much to say.
We send our prayers to the families that have lost their loved ones, for those missing and for those that have lost their homes.
We send prayers to the First Responders & Volunteers.
Above all my brother and I would like to thank the Good Lord above & everyone that has come to help at our house. The lower two rooms flooded, so there went the washer, dryer and hot water heater. The Dog House we’ve had over 50 years was destroyed, both sheds also.
It’s all material stuff and can be replaced. That’s why we’re extremely grateful and know how blessed we are. And would like to apologize for the inconvenience of some days being open and some closed as we’re sorting out details and working at the house.
