I'm excited to share my all white studio setup for newborn mini sessions. It keeps the guesswork for me at a minimal and lets you have beautiful newborn photos at a super affordable rate on Maui.

Here's my new studio style all white setup for newborn photography. I have a wall of curtains, and a solid background wall for family photos. What's on scene here is a beautiful tufted ottoman that I use for the families to sit on, and a little artificial tree that looks adorable in the corner. My large modifier is right next to a wall outlet, letting me use my off camera flash to really light up the space beautifully even if it's dark or cloudy outside. Since I'm blocking off most of the natural light through the curtain, I really thought it was important to include the modifier in my setup so that I can beautifully light up any of the photos that I take whether it's on the white background or on the curtain background or of the baby on the floor. I also include a cute little basket set up for each newborn session, and sometimes zoom multiple baskets setups depending on what the family books. I'm so excited to welcome more families into my home studio at such an affordable rate. Newborn photos are so important, because the time goes by so fast and you literally forget how tiny they are.

I have so many sessions I haven't even shared yet from the summer. It was a crazy busy time and I feel like I'm just getting a moment to breathe. But just because I stayed busy, doesn't mean I changed each client experience. We still captured light, motion, love, and family moments. The ones for the soul albums and the ones for the holiday albums. Keep me busy at the end of the summer season and drop an emoji for a complimentary session. I know you'll love your photos.

When sunsets give you sunrise vibes. Glass like water, pretty pink sky. And a surprise proposal in the making. Hi, I'm Nitasha, the owner of . I'm a prompt pose photographer on the breathtaking island of Maui. That means that I give you things to do, capture your real and genuine moment, and that's how I end up posing you. Yes, I'll do some of those straight look at the camera photos as well, but will also play at the beach. Because Maui beaches, especially at sunset are beautiful and fun! We sing nursery rhymes, talk about grocery lists, scream at each other, jump off rocks, splash each other with water, twirl, and just have fun. Because your sunset beach photos on Maui should be genuine moments of you being here.

I stopped offering newborn mini sessions, because I couldn't control the way that each baby would be, I wasn't sure how much time I would need to allocate to each session, and a lot of parents thought that they could bring their much older babies in for a newborn session. I ended up working so many hours for such miniscule amounts of money, it was as if I was paying to have newborn photos done for another baby. Now, instead of offering newborn mini sessions at such a low rate, I offer packages that are in everybody's affordability range. Because that has always been and will always be my top priority as far as doing photography.

The number of emails and direct messages I've gotten in the past few weeks from people who are wanting.... Photos for their daughter's birthday, a studio session for a family, and 1 year old birthday photos. They are all scammers. I'm exhausted šŸ«© and grumpy. So now, I just call them out and say, hey, yes I can do that, but you're a scammer right. Then complete silence from them.

What's the deal here. How are scammers scamming?
