It has come to our attention that in order to clear up confusion as to what behavior is acceptable and what behavior is not acceptable we needed to emphasize our store policies in a clear, easy to read, format and re-post them here and at our store in plain view for everyone to read.

Our Store Policies are as follows:
Store Policies
1. All alterations are final.
> If you are unsure or would like to confirm that the item fits correctly, we ask you do so before you leave.
> If you are not happy with the item, how it fits, how it looks you must tell us before leaving the store with it.
> Once you leave the store, if you fail to notify us, then we are no longer responsible for the item.
2. For dry cleaning, if the item is not satisfactory, we will work on it until it is.
> You are required to notify us before you leave the store with it.
> If you choose to leave the store and come back any length of time, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to no longer work on the item for you at no additional charge and are at liberty to charge for an additional service.
3. If you have a problem with the service, before leaving a bad review, we ask that you tell us first.
> Anyone whom tries to use reviews in an attempt to punish or harm our business In any way will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
5. Our store is monitored through cameras onsite. If you wish to not be on camera please do not come to our store.
