Cutting carbs doesn't mean completely cutting them out of your diet. It means cutting the excess carbs your body can't immediately use as an energy source which is then stored as fat. Your body needs carbs, just do your best to choose the right ones that will benefit your body.

(Whole grain, vegetables, fruit, potatoes w/ the skin, beans, etc.)
