By placing an order with me, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following policies. Please read everything BEFORE placing your order.

🚨 REFUNDS & RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if there is an obvious defect, mistake, or issue with the item itself.

Refunds will NOT be given because:
• The item does not fit
• You ordered the wrong size
• You changed your mind
• You decided you do not like the color
• You decided you do not like the design
• You no longer need or want the item
• Your order is taking longer than you expected within the stated/estimated turnaround

📏 SIZING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Most posts will include sizing information when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the sizing information and order accordingly.

If sizing information is not included in the post, it is the customer’s responsibility to ASK BEFORE ORDERING.

I am happy to answer questions before you order, but I cannot be responsible for an incorrect size selection after the order has been placed.

⏰ TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times are ESTIMATES and may vary.

Some products may take longer depending on the item, vendor, availability, and the quantity of orders being processed at that time. High-volume ordering periods may result in longer turnaround times.

Please do not order an item needed by a specific date unless you have confirmed with me beforehand that the timeframe can be accommodated.

🚨 ONCE YOUR ORDER IS IN PRODUCTION, IT CANNOT BE REFUNDED

Once your order has been submitted to or put into production with my vendor, it CANNOT be canceled or refunded.

At that point, I have already committed to and paid for your order. A refund will not be issued because you changed your mind, no longer need the item, ordered incorrectly, or do not want to wait for production to be completed.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON ORDERS ALREADY IN PRODUCTION.
