Please post all Section 8 rental properties in Luzerne County. There are high numbers of displaced families bc of no landlords accepting Section 8. As with anything there’s good & bad, many people suffer disabilities & are on SSI, SSD, & SSI & ARE’t drug dealers & thugs !
