🎉 WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS TO SHARE! 🦬🌲

Buffalo Base Camp has officially been accepted into GORP — the Greenhouse Outdoor Recreation Program through the University of Arkansas!

GORP is a business incubation program designed to help entrepreneurs in the outdoor recreation industry grow through training, mentorship, networking, and other resources.

For the next 12 weeks, we'll be participating in GORP every Tuesday night, learning from mentors and other outdoor entrepreneurs, developing new ideas, and finding ways to continue growing Buffalo Base Camp.

We're also excited to have a University of Arkansas student intern working with us throughout the program to research tourism, partnerships, marketing opportunities, and ways to promote Kingston and the Upper Buffalo River area.

When we opened Buffalo Base Camp, we wanted to create more than just a store. We wanted to celebrate the outdoors, support our community, and give people another reason to stop in Kingston instead of just driving through it.

We're incredibly grateful to GORP and the University of Arkansas for seeing potential in our little business.

We're ready to learn, grow, and see where this takes us! ❤️🦬🌲
