🌟 Get to Know Dr. Nguyen! 🌟

Dr. Nguyen is a valued member of our team, having graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary in Canada. His training includes internships at the Jamaica Plains VA Hospital in Boston, Mid Florida Eye Center, and Davis Eye Associates in North Carolina.

Originally practicing in Michigan, Dr. Nguyen chose to bring his expertise to the Pacific Northwest. He speaks conversational Vietnamese, allowing him to connect with a wider range of patients. With a focus on primary eye care, he is dedicated to helping everyone achieve their best vision.

In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing in local ice hockey leagues, tackling home improvement projects, and cherishing moments with his wife and two young kids.

We’re grateful to have Dr. Nguyen as part of our practice! Feel free to say hi next time you’re in and schedule with him on Tuesdays!

🌟 Get to Know Dr. Lewis Lim: Our Owner and Lead Doctor! 🌟

Dr. Lim has been a dedicated part of our community for years, and we’re thrilled to share a bit about him! A native of the greater Seattle area, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington before pursuing his optometric education at the University of California, Berkeley. His training includes time at the Meredith Morgan Eye Clinic and internships at Travis Air Force Base and the American Lake Veteran’s Hospital.

With a focus on primary eye care, Dr. Lim specializes in hard-to-fit contact lenses and has a keen interest in managing diabetic and glaucoma eye diseases. He’s also passionate about children’s vision and the co-management of cataracts and refractive surgery.

Dr. Lim can casually converse in Mandarin-Chinese and Cambodian, making him even more accessible to our diverse community. 🎉

When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys basketball, running, cycling, snowboarding, and gardening. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.

👓 Help Us Make a Difference! 🌍✨
Do you have old glasses gathering dust? Here’s a chance to give them a new purpose! We're organizing a glasses donation drive to send to individuals in need in India, and we’d love your help.

How You Can Contribute:

Check Your Drawers: Find any old prescription glasses, reading glasses, or sunglasses that you no longer use.

Clean & Pack: Please clean the glasses and package them securely. If possible, include a note with the prescription details.

Drop Off: Bring your donations to our office at any time!

We send these off to a lovely couple who are also long time patients of our office that take them on their journey to India once every Summer. We just bid them farewell on their annual trip but we still take donations year round!

Every pair of glasses you donate can make a huge difference in someone’s life, helping them see the world more clearly. Let’s come together to spread vision and kindness across the globe! 🌟👀
