There are few nights in St. Louis that carry the kind of joy, imagination, and electric energy that .stl does.

Last night’s theme was ICON - and every detail delivered. The looks, the performances, the atmosphere… pure immersive creativity from start to finish.

As my own little love letter to STL resale icons, I wore a look sourced almost entirely from favorite local resellers (plus a few pieces from my own closet) - all for under $100.

For the first time, we're looking for some employees to join our team. If that's you, we’d love to chat.

We’re looking for people who enjoys being on the floor - styling, selling, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

If you like the rhythm of retail, have an eye for detail, and feel at home in a space built around vintage and secondhand pieces, you’ll fit right in. 

What the role looks like:
-Supporting the sales floor and keeping the space dialed in

-Running customer transactions

-Helping customers style pieces in a natural, low-pressure way

-Assisting with stock and day-to-day shop flow

-Contributing to content creation (social, product moments, merchandising)

Availability:
    •    Wednesday–Sunday, daytime (10–5)
    •    Priority need: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
    •    8–20 hours per week

We’re especially interested in someone who:
    •    Is genuinely into secondhand and designer pieces
    •    Has a strong visual sense (styling, merchandising, content)
    •    Is reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
    •    Feels comfortable engaging with customers in a thoughtful, easy way

Details:
    •    Part-time, hourly starting at $16/hour (based on experience)
    •    In-store role
    •    Looking to bring someone on beginning in May

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Forty Elephants movie date for The Devil Wears Prada 2.

We had the best time sipping, chatting, and collectively admiring every impossibly good look on screen with you all.

And congratulations to our Best Dressed winner, Amy, who arrived in full fashion form - including a vintage fur from Forty Elephants, naturally.

My first COCAcabana didn’t disappoint - we had so much fun over the 🌈.

For their ruby anniversary, the theme There’s No Place Like COCA felt like an open invitation to lean all the way in.

So I did - Dorothy, but reimagined through secondhand finds and a little upcycling, all under $100.

We’re hosting a private screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2, and you’re invited.

Think cocktails before curtain, a room full of style-minded company, and a night that doesn’t take itself too seriously (but still expects a look).

Join us May 7 from 6:30–10PM at Marcus Theatre – Des Peres.

We’ll start with drinks, mingling, and a best dressed moment (yes, there will be prizes), then settle in for the screening.

Your ticket ($25) includes the film, popcorn, a pre-show cocktail, and a treat bag from Forty Elephants.

Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a group - either way, you’ll be in good company.

Dress the part. Or don’t. But we have a feeling you will.
