Finally got to the beach and ... It's raining with storms predicted for most of the week. Refusing to not let it get us down, we went for a walk on the beach with dark skies looming. Wind was whipping at 20mpg and beat us to death. Sure glad we got to do that. Tomorrow, SHOPPING!

Since I'm new to this let's start at the beginning. What do you know about Viking knit chains? Well, it's a chain you knit on a wooden rod. 1. You start with simple wire. 2. You weave the wire on the rod thru the row above as shown. 3. Pull it tight watching your tension like in knitting. 4. Once you reach your desired length cut it off the rod and pull it thru the series of holes starting with the biggest to smallest. 5. Voila! Your finished chain.
