Good morning 🔆 A quick reminder that the Haynes Apperson parade is today at 2pm. After 11am you cannot park in front of the store on Main Street. You CAN park in the BMO bank lot at the corner of Taylor and Main. We look forward to shopping with you from 9a-1p today!!

When Emily came in, she had a very specific vision for her wedding day. ✨

She loved the look and silhouette of her gown, but for her wedding she wanted something a little more city chic, effortless, and easy to walk in for all of the downtown photos.

After saying yes to her gown at Blye's, Emily worked with one of our recommended seamstresses (Shirley Dubois) to completely transform the dress. Nearly four feet of fabric was removed to create the perfect tea-length look, and that fabric was repurposed into the beautiful statement bow on the back 🎀

The final result is timeless, elegant, and uniquely Emily.

We love helping brides find the dress that fits their vision, then connecting them with talented local professionals who can bring those custom details to life.

The Haynes Apperson parade is Saturday and that means Blye's will be closing a little early! Shop with us from 9am-1pm this Saturday 6/20/26. Store front parking will not be available, however, you can use the BMO lot on the corner of Taylor and Main. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday!
