Happy Anniversary to Max +Jules salon!!!!
We opened 2 years ago this month! My husband and I have always had a passion of running our on business! Opening is one thing but to stay open is another. We have grown soo much as business owners the past 2 years! As most of my stylist are independent, I have really turned the tables ( I work you for you don’t work for me) this seems to be the ticket to success!!! I love being a owner but also being a team player and hoping to achieve what my stylist need and want!! I am a firm believer that success happens when you work hard and visualize where you want to be, stepping out of your comfort zone always creates growth! I am so happy to create homes for other stylist and to watch them become a family!
I think we our on to something so stay tuned!!

Working from home this morning with this sweet boy!!!
Sales tax✅ update salon insurance ✅ salon order✅payroll✅yearly taxes ✅ A lot of moving parts in the salon business even when I am away from the chair! I work from home more than people realize, looks like I need an home office in 2024!! Goals🙌 As of now dining room table 🙀
