📢 Important Business Update & Policy Reminder
First and foremost, thank you all for your continued support of Saige Designs & Co. I am incredibly grateful for every order and for the opportunity to bring your visions to life. ❤️
As many of you know, I balance being a mom, nurse, and FNP student while running my business. To continue providing quality products and excellent service, the following policies are effective immediately:
✨ Turnaround Time
• Standard orders: 7–10 business days
• Large group, specialty, and bundle orders may require additional time
• Graduation, party, memorial and wedding bundles require a minimum 3-week turnaround
Over the last two months, I have unfortunately had to decline several orders because I could not guarantee the quality or turnaround time customers deserve. I truly hate when this happens, especially for returning customers. These policies help me better manage my workload and continue providing quality products and service.
✨ Rush Orders
• Need it sooner? Rush requests may be accommodated based on availability. Rush fees will apply.
✨ Design Fees
• 1 custom design
• Up to 2 minor revisions
Additional design requests or major edits will require an additional fee.
✨ Payment Policy
• Full payment is required before any design work or order processing begins.
Creating custom designs takes significant time and effort, and unpaid designs take away from time that could be spent completing paid customer orders. To ensure fairness, no exceptions will be made.
• To better support our customers, we now accept installment payments through Afterpay and Klarna One Card on eligible purchases.
✨ Pickup & Shipping
• Pickup: Lafayette & Carencro
• Delivery unavailable
• Shipping available on orders over $35
• Occasional Opelousas meetups may be available but are not guaranteed
