Here we have a pair of black sequined heels tightened up and ready for her grandson's wedding. The glue and composite "rubber" heels on special event shoes just don't hold up over time in the closet regardless of the brand BUT, with replacement heels and some flexible glue, she can proudly take her seat of honor on the front row with confidence!

This one is subtle as I've already cleaned this pair of shoes. The final step was finding a matching color to "blend in" to cover the worn spots which are not soiled areas that can be removed. In this photo one shoe has been color corrected and the other was just cleaned. What looks like shadows are just plain wear. I believe when they are both finished the customer will be pleased.

These are Sunday go to church shoes with a stitched on sole protector and all new heels... Gone is the rubber stack. The nails are for good measure..

As long as the "upper" is in satisfactory condition then any boot is a candidate for re-soling.

This is the second pair of leather Ariat boots I've re-soled this month.

These boots have gone from a one piece bonded rubber boot sole to a stitched-down Vibram "Westerner" sole with a leather heel stack. I believe these boots look better than new. Before the heel was solid black rubber... Now there's contrast and interest. What do y'all think?

This is the second pair of Birks I've replaced the soft "dog bone" sole with a lug sole. Honestly I don't think it's a bad idea...

I stripped the build-up of polish off... NO POLISH... The soles are edged will black "Roll Call" edging.
