🔥 EXALTED ON EARTH 🔥
Last devotion in this series. It’s a good one!

I heard a minister say once: You may not always feel worthy… but you must ALWAYS know your worth. 💛

We serve a God who didn’t just create the Heavens and the Earth 🌌🌍—He also chose YOU.
We are redeemed, bought with a price, and deeply loved by Him. 💫

A huge part of His love? His plan for your life.
The reason He sent you here.
The trials. The battles. The mountains you face. 🏔️

The psalmist invites us to “come and see the works of the Lord…”
He brings wars to an end.
He shatters bows.
Cuts spears in pieces.
Sets wagons ablaze. 🔥⚔️

Stop for a second…
Just imagine the power of God. 🙌
Not only mighty enough to conquer any battle, but able to prevent wars before they start.

Friend… God can handle your battles. And guess what?
He wants to fight them for you. 💪✨

This week, let’s decide together:
We’re learning to fight our battles the right way—
By being still 🕊️
And placing them securely in God’s hands.

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.
Can stop the plan God has for your life. 💖
The mountain before you may look huge…
But the God within you made that mountain. 🏔️💛

Be Still ✨

How do you usually respond when someone tells you to “be still”? 🤔

Honestly… it reminds me of telling a toddler to sit still. 😅
They might try for a minute or two… but before long they’re off again because everything around them is grabbing their attention.

And if we’re being real… adults aren’t much different these days. 📱💬
This world is loud. Notifications. Opinions. News. Endless scrolling. Noise everywhere.

But what would it look like to actually be still?
What if we set the phone down for just 10 minutes… put the distractions aside… breathe… and listen for God? 🤍🙏

In the Bible, the words “Be Still” come from the Hebrew word Raphah.

Raphah means:
• to be weak
• to let go
• to release

And that part — “to be weak” — really grabs my heart.

Because sometimes waiting on God means not jumping in to fix it ourselves.
Sometimes it means resisting the urge to defend ourselves, prove a point, or make things right with our own hands.

And let’s be honest… that can feel really hard.
Maybe even uncomfortable.

Choosing to step back and hand something over to God — when we could take control ourselves — requires deep humility. To some people it might even look like weakness.

But trusting God to be our defender?
That’s not weakness at all. That’s strength. 💪✨

Sometimes being still simply means this:
surrendering the situation and letting God handle it. 🤍

Is there something in your life right now where you want to step in and vindicate yourself?

What would it look like to release that… and let God handle it?

🕊 Reminder

The Hebrew word for “Be Still” is Raphah.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply… let go and trust God.

Take a few quiet minutes today:

• Set aside 5 minutes with no distractions
• Meditate on the word Raphah
• Say its meaning out loud
• Notice which part speaks to your heart the most
• Sit, breathe, and rest in God’s presence
• Write down what the Lord shows you today ✍️

Sometimes the breakthrough doesn’t come from striving…

Sometimes it comes from being still. ✨
