We're doing it again🥰. It was so exciting to see everyone come out for the first farmers market of the summer. We also had a lot of excitement and questions about on-going yoga.... I've also heard that there are some pretty stellar waffles and breads at Lotawana Brewing Company Come out tomorrow shop, sip, get stretchie, and share in some good heart feels. Being your friends, 💝 all levels, ages, hearts welcomed💫🎁✨️

For the longest time I was afraid of all the thoughts racing in my mind. I was afraid of the silence so I used distraction, avoidance, shopping and a lot of alcohol. I was afraid of being heard, being seen, I was afraid of what they would say. I was afraid of how they would react, or judge. I was afraid of so many things.... my truth scared me. And then I realized there was still a version of me that was left in that fear. From somewhere in my past. I decided to face my fears and go get her...every single part/version of her.
Yeah though I walk through the Valley of the "shadow of death." It's the shadows you fear. Your past, present, maybe even your future...if you can find the courage, bravery, a friend/family/ group to support you on your journey, to stand back up, you Will remember the warrior that you are. It's a promise from God, to know yourself, be in your truth, your voice will help so many people. it's time to fully live, in this now moment, with every breath, together in a thriving world. "On earth as it is in Heaven" ⚛️
