For those watching ARE’s storyline and were waiting for the big ‼️ news drop…4…3..2..1 📣

1) Cardio fit dance 💃🏽 class will be returning. Class will begin October 9th at 6pm. We will have a Monday night class and a Saturday morning class each week.

2) Shop hours will be changing for Saturdays and Mondays starting October 7th.

3) Saturdays we will be open from 9am until 1pm

4) Mondays we will be open from 3pm until 7pm. We will NOT be open in the morning.

🌼If you have never tried out a cardio fit dance class, we encourage you to come out and try it out.

🌼If you would like to book a private group class as a team building activity or fellowship time, send us a message to book your date/time.

We pray all goes well with these changes and we need your help with spreading 🗣️ the word. 🤲🏽
