Hey everyone!!!! Happy happy Monday! Let’s kick this Monday In the b***y and get to work!
———————————————————————————Today is the start of the 4th week becoming an all natural athlete/fitness influencer. No more bodybuilding, but that’s ok I got bigger plans then winning a medal or a trophy! I would eventually love to have a family to come home too and love every single day without them worrying if I’m gonna wake up in the morning or not each and every day! It’s not fair to them nor is it fair to my body.

I will still be posting progress pics, and doing everything I used to but with a new mindset, a new approach, and a new outlook on the future!

No more drugs to spice the game up I don’t need them to look good or be huge so, they have been disposed of! I don’t want to keep putting something into my body that can eventually kill me and shorten my lifespan by a very large percentage.

260 lbs with all 8 abs showing still then we will cut to 220s and stay shredded for a little while just cuz it’s addictive to be shredded and huge at the same time😜

Soo.... a lot of people have been asking me lately if I’m “ok” because I haven’t posted in a while and have been absent from the social media nonsense.

Thank you guys for your concerns but I have been great and have been enjoying my people and my family! I’m not a huge fan of seeing something political every post I scroll to or story I come across... honestly who cares!! You shouldn’t let a government control you anyway no matter what “side” you are for! Some people have forgotten that we have a voice! This world is very sad and depressing so I try to stick to my happy side of things and stay positive as best as I can.

ANYWAY, physique update: sitting at 234 lbs still growing until we reach 245 lbs lean! Looking to go to heavyweight this year and hurt feelings, that’s the number one goal! Calorie intake is a little under 3500 a day which isn’t much, but my body doesn’t need a ton of calories to grow, it reacts well with smaller portions.

MAN!!!, where has the time gone!?.
Seems like just yesterday I was playing ball with the high school and college squad! Almost seems unreal to me that I aloud myself to always be that heavy and and think that it was ok... but man what a journey it has been, and I’ve loved all the pain and sacrifice that had came with it!!.
This is only the beginning, there are TONS of work that still needs to be done, but just know every day we WORKING! love the grind, love the sweat, and love the tears! Yes I said tears because prep is tough mentally but you still have to love and live for the journey and experiences that come along with it!.
I used to put my all into football! The workouts, the discipline, the practices, the hours of film, but now we have different goals in mind! I plan to be the best bodybuilder I can be and dream of making it to that Olympia stage some day!! LETS WORK💪🏼
