This morning I caught this news piece on ABC 7 Chicago about Consumer Reports warning that a child wearing a bulky coat in their car seat could be unsafe. My ponchos allow you to buckle the straps to the child under the poncho, while providing warmth. And you don't have to take it off and put it on the child when getting in and out of the car.
