We heard the call of the jungle and we answered. This past week was a journey of nourishment, for our bodies, our hearts, and our spirits. We soaked in the magic of the waterfalls, the ocean, the land itself. We connected to her deeply.

And what an incredible gift to wake each morning surrounded by wild living beauty, cradled in sound and stillness, reminding us of the wild vibrancy inside.

Thank you for inviting us to this beautiful land.

This season has been one of shedding layers, facing truths, and stepping into the unknown.

Divorce was never part of the plan. But neither were dimming parts of myself to fit a mold that no longer matched the shape of my soul.

This isn’t about blame or regret, it’s about honoring growth, evolution, and the quiet courage it takes to start again.

And when you open yourself, soften, and surrender to the current, you may be surprised how quickly the universe, energy, god, whatever name you give it, meets you with something extraordinary.

If you're navigating your own becoming, I see you. There is beauty in the unraveling and strength in the rebuilding.

You, me, all of us, we get to write this new chapter, in our own words, with our whole hearts. 💗

For me, yoga isn’t about guiding classes.

It’s not about alignment, theming, or delivering the right dharma talk. It’s not about whether I say “namaste” at the end of class or not.

For me, yoga is an experience, a way of being that belongs to everyone.

There’s no right or wrong way to experience an experience.

Through it, we grow together.
We feel together.
We laugh and cry together.
We meet pain and pleasure together.

We simply be, here and now, in this moment, and in the ones still unfolding.

For me... that is yoga.

When change comes your way, how do you face it? Do you resist, holding tightly to what’s familiar, or do you soften, allowing yourself to be shaped by something new? Change often arrives unannounced, asking us to let go of what we thought was certain. It stirs things up, invites discomfort, and challenges the edges of who we believe we are. And yet, within that uncertainty lies an invitation, to grow, to expand, to trust.

What if instead of bracing against change, you welcomed it like an old friend guiding you toward a new chapter? What if you chose curiosity over fear, courage over control? Life is always shifting. The question isn’t whether change will come, but how we meet it. Will you lean in with an open heart?

It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am for the opportunity to hold space and guide each of you through your practice. Guiding yoga is so much more than leading a class—it’s about showing up together, breathing as one, and sharing a collective energy that uplifts and heals us all. Each moment spent in the studio or out on the trails reminds me of the power of connection. It’s in the shared smiles, the breakthroughs on the mat, and the quiet strength you bring to your practice that I find my deepest inspiration.

What truly fills my heart is the relationships that have blossomed over the years. From strangers to a community bound by growth and love, this journey has been nothing short of magical. To my yoga family—you’ve shown me what it means to be present, vulnerable, and courageous, and for that, I am endlessly grateful. Here’s to continuing to move, breathe, and grow together. Thank you for letting me be part of your story. 🙏✨
