FYI….Sambo’s has not reopened, it’s not going to reopen. People want to take the name and prosper on other’s hard work and effort of a man who took care of a community for 50 plus years. I noticed today the front door had a new Muriel or painting of Sambo’s 903 Drive In. I guess they’re hoping for the one’s that don’t know any better that hey Sambo’s has reopened. As we’ve said many times before often imitated, but never duplicated. It’s truly sad that you can’t run a business with your own name instead of using someone’s name without permission. If the new owners had any decency or respect for the family of Sambo’s or for Sambo himself they would’ve at least gotten in touch with his estate or The Executor of his estate. Just shows that the one’s who are opening up the restaurant in his name are being disrespectful…No class when it’s not hard to reach out and ask for permission. Just greed wanting to benefit off someone else…It would be more respectful if they did it in their own name instead of using one that they don’t have permission to use for monetary gain…That’s just stooping to a whole new level of low!

The priest asks, "Is that you, little Cecil Faile?"

"Yes, Father, it is."

"And who was the girl you were with?"

"I can't tell you, Father. I don't want to ruin her reputation."

"Well, Cecil , I'm sure to find out her name sooner or later so you may as well tell me now. Was it Sherri Holland?"

"I cannot say."

"Was it Teresa Mazzarelli?"

"I'll never tell."

"Was it Nina Capelli?"

"I'm sorry, but I cannot name her."

"Was it Cathy Piriano?"

"My lips are sealed."

"Was it Rosa DiAngelo, then?"

"Please, Father! I cannot tell you."

The priest sighs in frustration. "You're very tight lipped, and I admire that. But you've sinned and have to atone. You cannot be an altar boy now for 4 months. Now you go and behave yourself."

Cecil walks back to his pew, and his friend Franco slides over and whispers, "What'd you get?"

"Four months vacation and five good leads...
