Didn’t have time do prepping this week for daylight savings? No problem! You can either prep tonight or you can just do it cold turkey. If you want to prep tonight, here is how you did it:
“Shift your nighttime routine by one hour (starting with dinner) tonight. Make it one hour later than usual. The reason we start with dinner and not just a later bedtime is so their bodies feel that they are still on schedule - we’ve just thrown a slight wrench in by altering the times.
