I am saddened to say that Facebook has made it impossible for me to sell through FB Marketplace. My customer purchased an item from me, and paid for shipping. However, when I went to drop off the package at the Post Office, they were unable to accept the package as the USPS tracking number did not pull up in their system. I was suggested to contact FB in order to find a way to help my customer. However, not only did I not get help, I was avoided and refused service. I was told that I would have to pay Again for a package my customer had already paid good money for. They refused to refund my customer without canceling the entire order. I have asked for a supervisor or department manager and Sadly I am too small a company to hurt their sales.
Know that as I move forward, I will be keeping my online website open and accepting orders. However, I find that due to this Terrible issue I cannot in good conscience help steal from my customers.
