Varnished handrails are getting refinished.

Started stripping all the varnish off the hand rails. Most of it didn’t have a sealer/tie coat and stripped off in sheets. Got about half the boat done today. Lucky for me the last person did a crappy job otherwise this would be a nightmare of heat gunning and scraping.

Holy crap oh my God. I just got back a quote to replace the three flat pilot house windows and four odd shaped side windows with standard safety glass, $21,000!!!!!!????????. Am I just out of touch or is that quote insane?
