I work on a first-come-first-served basis as a standard procedure and due to the nature of my handmade products, production process may take up to 5 days considering all other orders ahead of yours. best quality product that will last for generations. Since all items are handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your item arrives and something is not right, please contact me right away. I can arrange a return shipping label and will correct the defect and send the item back. (Shipping cost in this circumstances is your responsibility.) Merchandise will be shipped via USPS to US and Canada. I will provide tracking information following the shipment of your item(s).
