Waiting on an oil change and tire rotation means I’ve got some time to make vintage paper flower petals! I always bring a project to the dealerships we use! Ha!

High pollen counts in the southeast today make for a good day to work inside! Repurposed vintage books lead to book journals, book marks AND the VINTAGE PAPER FLOWER BAR! I sold out of what I had, so let’s do it again. Up first are French flowers 🇫🇷, German flowers 🇩🇪, Spanish flowers 🇪🇸 🇲🇽, and hymnal flowers ⛪️ (great for an Easter bouquet). Time consuming, but they turn out great! Hope to drop off some at soon! 🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌼

These titles tend to sell out quickly! Some little person (I’m assuming little) took a crayon to many of the inside pages, so repurposing made sense! The usable pages will be made into vintage paper flowers and the spines…bookmarks! Free shipping on orders over $25! Link in profile! 📗📘

Thanks, Brian Beck, for the beautiful roses! He also brought me a pot of white tulips and my favorite snack (sour cream and onion chips)! Since I’m no longer in the classroom, I thought my Valentine’s Day deliveries were over! What a lovely surprise!! ❤️

Thanks to my right hand guy ( ) for all the help with restocking the vintage bobbin bottle openers! That’s like a tongue twister! I’ve been out of red for quite a while, but they’re back, along with others! Valentine’s Day gifts? ❤️UGA fans? 🏈Yahoo!

What a fun and productive day in my workroom! Vintage Highlights sketchbooks and vintage Golden books that are now the cutest little notebooks (the insides of the books were not salvageable, unfortunately). Might add them to my site, or perhaps drop off at or ! Fun day! 📕

The South is colder than usual this time of year, so soup it is! I’ve been cooking a lot more than I used to! This one is Creamy Chicken Noodle! Thanks, Southern Living (my go-to for most recipes)! Yum!

The vintage bobbin bottle openers we make are pretty popular, especially the red ones. Christmas, UGA, Valentine’s Day, etc. I found a sizable lot, which is great, but the thread is still on each one. My husband has his method of removal, and I have mine…and miraculously I haven’t cut my fingers off (yet). So…as soon as it’s warm enough to work in the garage for all the drilling, etc, the red bottle openers will be back on my site! Yay! ♥️
