A birthday outfit shows up in a lot of pictures. It's in the photo with the candles, the one with Grandma, and the one with cake all over little cheeks. So we put together a guide to the birthday clothes we carry, from a first birthday all the way up to the big kids.
First birthday: For the cake smash, our Mud Pie gingham cake smasher hat and bib sets come in pink and blue. Pair one with a Trotter Street Kids birthday bloomer set, or a Mud Pie "One" or "Wild One" sweatshirt for the pictures before the cake.
Second birthday: Mud Pie's Two Cute sweatshirt and 2nd Birthday Tee are made for turning two.
Toddlers and big kids: The Lil Cactus Birthday Girl smocked dress is a pink and white cupcake design in 12–18 months through size 6. For a little sparkle, the LuLu BeBe pink sequin Birthday Girl top comes in 3T–7.
For boys: The Bailey Boys Happy Birthday long sleeve shirt in blue comes in 12 months through size 5. Pair it with classic pants or shorts from Properly Tied for a dressier birthday look.
We also carry birthday gifts: Cottage Door Press story books for ages 1, 2, 3, and 4, the Tender Leaf Toys wooden rainbow birthday cake, birthday pajamas, embroidered birthday bows, and a Happy Birthday singing plate. Gift wrapping is available at our Lawrenceburg store.
We wrote a full birthday clothes guide on our blog, with outfit ideas by age and sizing tips. The link is in the comments.
Shop our birthday collection online (link in the comments too), or visit us at 105 S Main St in downtown Lawrenceburg, an easy drive from Frankfort, Versailles, Lexington, Harrodsburg, and Danville. Questions about sizing? Call us at 502-517-9101.

Happy 100th birthday to Winnie the Pooh! 🐻
One hundred years of honey pots, silly old bears, and the sweetest little lessons about friendship. 🍯💛

From the Hundred Acre Wood to the bedtime stories we share with our own little ones, Pooh reminds us that the simplest things often mean the most: a little kindness, a loyal friend, and someone who makes you feel loved just as you are.

Here’s to the stories we grew up loving, the memories we’re making with our children, and the childhood magic that never really goes out of style. ✨
