We sometimes get to take a break from our normal routine of printing shirts and embroidering hats to work on special projects. This was one of those special projects. Customer called up worried because she needed a patch made to be placed on a "Hug Me Bear" for a recently deceased family member. She was told by everyone she called that it would be at least 4 weeks before it could be completed, this makes sense as its no small task to design, digitize and embroider a new patch and its not profitable for the company to do. We thought it was such a cool idea that we spent the rest of that evening and following morning working on a patch for her "Hug Me Bear". and delivered it in person the next day.
She was kind enough to send us a picture of the finished bear, ad we are so happy to have played a small role in it.
