I've actually been working a lot lately.
I'm tired and not sure if there's a point to any of it, but I'm making stuff and just downloaded the etsy app, so...maybe...?

My take on the classic pearl choker. My goal is to get one of these bought by a guy who wants to wear it (vs buying it for someone else).
I’ve been given a lot of grief at events because I “don’t have anything for men”, but for one thing, I don’t think jewelry is gendered as it’s all up to personal preference, and for another, I genuinely think a pearl choker on a masculine dude is wicked hot.

I had all these plans for my time off, but this last event I did really took the wind out of my sails and I've not had the energy to do...ummm...basically anything.
I've been knitting, and working on a hoody for myself, and even started some writing today (when P got clingy and I couldn't use my hands as much) but I know that's not what I'm meant to be doing, so I feel guilty. I need to be trying to do things to bring in money.
I have 3 more events coming up in the next 2 months, but I have so much left from my crazy prep run for the last one. I could try a few bigger things, but my brain is stuck in "Why bother, I'm not gonna make it to Christmas, so I may as well just enjoy my last few months." like I planned when I initially was thinking about leaving the job.
Anyway...this is a bit of a nothing update, but I haven't posted in a minute, so thought I'd say something.

I was gonna start working on some bigger pieces since I have almost all my stock left, but my bells for anklets have been unavailable long enough that I don't think they're coming back.
These bells were *perfect*. Perfect size, perfect sound, durable, etc. I've tried others and found some that are ok, but nothing great. And weirdly, a lot this size don't have clappers or whatever the little bead inside the bell is called. So to get a sound, you have to have a cluster of them, which isn't the style I want to do.
It's always dumb little things that throw me off course. I'll figure something else out, but I'm tired of everything knocking my legs out from under me.
