This post is a bit of a tease— look, but you can’t have them. 😅 Most of these chain styles are reserved for a giveaway prize. We’ll be giving away two permanent jewelry bracelets to a couple lucky teachers and staff who join our kids’ school PTA. TLDR—welds done with argon gas are stronger, more durable, and have a cleaner finish that’s made to last. It’s just science!

If there isn’t an argon tank connected to that permanent jewelry welder, you simply aren’t getting the best weld. Argon is a non-flammable that creates a shield around the weld, preventing oxygen from contaminating it and reduces firescale. Aside from preventing oxidation, a stronger, more reliable weld is produced when using argon.

When a permanent jewelry artist skips argon gas, whether due to cost or not being confident in how to use it, there’s a greater chance of inconsistent welds and unnecessary breakage. We won’t cut corners on quality, so even when you catch us at a pop-up event, we’re welding with argon!
