As a small business owner, a mom, and someone who has poured 16 years into serving my customers, I want to address a recent situation publicly.

Recently, I dropped the ball on communication with a customer during a time when my entire family was dealing with a severe stomach bug. While being sick explains the delay, it does not excuse the lack of communication, and for that I sincerely apologize to the customer affected.

At Sassy Little Spirit Co., we strive to provide quality products, kindness, and communication to every single customer. Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows this situation is not a reflection of the standards I hold myself or my business to.

The outfit in question was completed, and I offered it to the customer free of charge because I take responsibility for my mistake.

Running a small business means balancing real life, motherhood, health, and deadlines, and while I always do my absolute best, I am still human. I will continue learning from situations like this and improving wherever needed.

To all of my customers who continue to support my business, trust my work, and show grace during hard moments — thank you. It truly means more than you know. ❤️
