Had such a great time at our 3rd Annual Tie Dye Workshop at my house! 🌈☀️ Every year I forget how much fun this one is. Great people, lots of laughs, and SO much color.

And just in case anyone is wondering… we don’t mess around over here 🤣 This is not your kiddie tie dye. We use the real professional fiber reactive dyes and WOW do they make a difference. The colors are so vibrant and the results are amazing every single time.

Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a fun night. Should we do a year 4 ? 💙💛🩷

We appreciate every single order more than you know, but our pickup area is overflowing. I’ve had to recut 2 projects in the last week because things are getting bumped around.

And friends… I’ve started calling people with orders that go all the way back to 2024 😳📦

Sometimes there is a little sadness behind a smile ❤️

Some of you may not know this, but I’m a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri. Yesterday I had continuing education at a place that always brings up emotions for me.

My dad was the CEO of Heartland MLS until he passed away in 2006. Walking into that building still catches me off guard sometimes. So many memories. So much pride.

For the last 20 years, I’ve kept his name plate, business cards, and name badge on my desk. A quiet reminder every day of where I came from, who helped shape me, and the example he set.

As I sat there yesterday, I found myself thinking about how much has changed and how much has stayed the same. I know he would be incredibly proud of what Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Heartland MLS have become… and I’d like to think he’d be proud of me too.

Life has a funny way of reminding us that grief and gratitude can exist at the same time.

Missing you a little extra today, Dad ❤️

Little behind-the-scenes look at Mr. Hinge in action 👏🪵 he wishes it was this quick🤣

We get asked this a lot, so thought we would clarify! Mr. Hinge cuts down our large wood panels into workable sizes for production… but he does not cut on the lasers.

Once the wood is prepped, our laser team takes over and handles all of the detailed cutting for your kits and projects.
It takes a lot of hands to keep things moving around here!

What a fun group and so many different styles and personalities came to life. There is something so fun about seeing everyone start with the same supplies and end up with completely unique creations. Thank you to everyone who joined us and spent time getting creative with us! 💙 and someone had my last name and left with our awesome huge class sample!
