Running a small business is such a blessing, but moments like this can also be really discouraging.

Over the last few weeks, I spent hours going back and forth creating 5 custom shirts for a customer and her friends. I poured my time, creativity, and energy into making sure everything was exactly how they wanted it… only to be completely ghosted once the shirts were ready.

I know life happens, and I always try to give grace, but please remember there is a real person behind every small business. Every custom order takes time, materials, planning, and heart. Being kind, communicating, and respecting someone’s work goes such a long way.

Because of situations like this, moving forward I will be requiring a 50% deposit on all custom orders. We hate to even make a post like this, but in some cases it’s necessary. Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business, respect my time, and shop local. Your support means more than you know. 🤍
