Temporary Service Interruption
Important Notice to Our Customers

Lansdowne Cleaners will remain open Tuesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 16; however, during these two days, we will temporarily be unable to provide same-day service.

Additionally, no cleaning will be ready for pickup on Tuesday or Wednesday (except the orders promised for earlier days) as we accommodate the equipment installation for 2 new, Italian made dry cleaning machines at our partnering cleaning facility.

Same-day service will resume Thursday, September 17.

To allow our team time to catch up on orders accumulated during the interruption, please expect a possible 2–4 day delay on services during the transition back to our normal schedule.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements to continue providing you with the quality, care, and service you expect from Lansdowne Cleaners.

To make things easier for you, text message notifications will be sent when your order is completed and ready for pickup.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to update your customer account with your current cell phone number so you can take advantage of this added service.

We got a new POS system that will now text you when your ticket is done. This can be complicated for the ones that have more than one ticket for the day, please call or text to confirm.

Hi everyone! Have some exciting news:
Going to be updating our processing by adding 2 new Italian made, Union dry cleaning machines. Union is a trusted brand in the premium textile care industry and excited for the update to provide our extremely valued client base.
There will be a 2 day service interruption so cleaning/pressing/same day services will not be available at the end of August. Due to shipping and weather, an exact date cannot be posted, but will update as I get them.

Hi everyone! wanted to give a heads up on Independence Holiday scheduling:
Friday, July 3 is the Federal observed holiday so I am going to close that day and the Actual July 4th.
Sorry to anyone that might need my services that weekend, but i'm gonna take the weekend and let my awesome crew take the weekend too.

Important service update:

Dear Valued Customers,
We want to thank you for your continued support and patience as we go through an important transition in our
garment processing operations.
We have recently acquired a new facility and are in the process of installing upgraded equipment and machinery
to improve our processing and finishing capabilities. During this transition, there may be occasional delays and
possible temporary declines in quality as we work through adjustments and training.
As a result, our normal quick turnaround times may not always be possible over the next few weeks. Please note
the following expected service delays:
• Pants scheduled for Friday, May 15 and Monday, May 18 may be delayed until May 19 or later.
• Standard men’s shirts normally offered for same-day service on Thursday, May 21 and Friday, May 22 will likely
not be available.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These changes are necessary to ensure we
continue meeting the quality standards you expect from us while improving our long-term service capabilities.
We will continue providing updates regarding our progress and any temporary service interruptions.
