Pop-Up Shop - Summer 2024
Exciting News!!
We are currently moving into a pop-up shop to better serve our schools and parents ahead of the new academic year. We anticipate this will take a maximum of 2 weeks.
What does these mean for you when ordering?
Our online shop will not be accepting orders from the 22nd of July 2024 until the 27th of July 2024. This needs to be done in order for us to focus on getting the shop up and running.
We have hit our busy season and have been extremely grateful for the massive amount of support that has been shown for our uniform shop. Unfortunately, this has meant that our usual delivery times are delayed up to 2 weeks due to delivery slots and stock availability.
Please be assured that we are doing everything to manage any backlogs we may be experiencing and will continue to process and deliver current orders. In order to manage this, we have:
Rented premises to allow customers to visit and purchase/collect uniform from our shop.
Hired more staff to accommodate the influx of orders.
Onboarded a local courier company to dispatch orders within 48 hours, at no extra cost to our customers.
We understand the frustration this may cause some, but we want to make sure that all orders are attended to timeously and before school starts.
