HAPPY HUMP DAY from the circus formerly known as our household. 🐪😂

Y’all… before 7 a.m. we had:
✔️ A neighborhood dog invasion
✔️ Oreo acting like she was defending the homeland
✔️ Kevin chasing a dog through the yard in shorts and probably MY shoes
✔️ Mud all over my car
✔️ Addie having a full “I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR” crisis while standing in a closet full of clothes
Kolton witnessing it all like a war documentary cameraman 🎥

And just when we thought it was over…

THE DOG JUMPED IN MY CAR. 😭

Not once.
TWICE.

Mud on the seats.
Mud on Addie.
Mud on my sanity.

Meanwhile Kevin is outside shirtless playing Animal Control: Hickory Edition while I’m wiping seats with Clorox wipes and praying for patience I clearly did not possess this morning. 😂

At one point I’m pretty sure all the neighbors heard:
“GET OUT OF THE CAR!”
“SHUT THE DOOR!”
“WHERE ARE YOUR OTHER PANTS?!”
“OREO STOP BARKING!”

Honestly if anybody drove by they probably thought we were filming a reality show called:
“Keeping Up with the Chaotic.” 🤣

But everybody survived.
Everybody made it where they needed to be.
The dog finally left.
And I only mildly lost my salvation before 8 a.m. 🙃
