Rethinking the Alpha Mentality!!!
For the longest time, I thought being a “bad ace beta” meant I could outsmart the so-called “alphas.” But the more I’ve learned about wolf packs, the more my perspective has shifted.
The alpha isn’t the one charging ahead to prove their dominance. They’re in the back, ensuring the pack is safe, protecting the elders and pups, and keeping the group moving forward. Leadership, as it turns out, isn’t about being at the front—it’s about being wherever you’re needed most.
This hit home for me. I’ve come to realize that my strength lies in leading from wherever I’m called to—front, back, or middle. I’ve been gifted with the ability to adapt and serve the greater good, not just my ego but in back watching it all is the best place for me to help the most.
We’ve had it wrong about leadership for so long. True leaders uplift and protect, ensuring no one is left behind.
