Some people dream of going to big places and meeting famous people like movie stars or professional athletes. In the world of quilting, it is truly a dream to meet designers in the fabric and quilt pattern industry--that dream has come true for me this week!

I have had the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with: ... and so many others that you have seen in my posts throughout this week at . I am not one who likes to take pictures of myself, but these were opportunities I didn't want to pass by! Thank you to all who took time to visit with me, teach me a few things, and smile for my photos!

I have learned so much from each class I took this week and am excited to share more in person when I get back to the shop. Exciting things are coming to Olie & Evie so stay tuned and thank you for being here!

The inspiration I have received from various vendors at is beyond measure! I'm so happy to bring it home to Idaho to share and will continue to post as much inspiration as possible from this week for my online customers too!

I have learned about thread, new rulers, interfacing, and other fun make-and-take projects and gifts. The creativity and talent in the quilting world truly never ends!

I'm really excited about the longarm quilting designs I've been able to see in the warehouse and on quilt samples that are on display here. I've added some pictures to this post of some of my favorites.

had definitely given me the "motivation" to keep reaching for my dreams within my small business and in my own creative dreams in life! Thank you for being here with me! 💕

Today has been filled with classes! Lynn with Kansas Troubles introduced a new fabric line called “Cardinal’s Nest”. A beautiful red and cream line. I was able to begin a quilt project with her.

The afternoon was class with Rashida, Alexia and Sarah of Ruby Star Society working on a bright and fun project with wovens. New fabrics will be introduced soon!

I am overwhelmed with the inspiration and kindness provided here. 💕

I’m attending ModaVation 2026 in Dallas, Texas this week. I came to take a break, be inspired, renew my love of quilting, and meet wonderful people whom I have admired for a long time ☺️

I think those goals will all be met and swipe to the end to see one of my favorites. Her low volume and scrappy style has inspired me for years
