Shoe Dept. return policy:
Generally allows returns of unworn merchandise with tags, original box, and receipt within 30 days for a full refund/exchange, with extended holiday windows (e.g., Nov 1-Dec 31 returns accepted until Feb 1).
You need positive ID and must return items to any store location for in-store processing, but online purchases might have slightly different online/mail-back rules.
