Can we talk about processing vs shipping times real quick? 😄 Please read and understand the difference between the two.

Processing time ✨
The time from your order being placed (Fridays) to your order being shipped. During this time, your items are created and prepared for shipping.

Shipping time ✨
Once your order is shipped, your shipping time begins. Please know that shipping time is not something the small shop owner has control of.
Things that effect shipping times are shipping zones, and speed of shipment.

Why is this important?
When you shop small, keep in mind that a person is physically creating your items from start to finish. Processing times help create accountability and structure to our lives. If you cannot find a small shops processing time, always feel free to ask! You can message me here on the support page or in the Coven chat. As a small business owner I can assure you we’ll be happy that you took the time to ask and make an educated decision to purchase based on your needs.
