Any Purchases have to be paid for up front due to the nature of this Business.

Unless we have made Prior Arrangements, ALL invoices must be paid in Full within 24-hours or we reserve the right to Cancel your order.

If you have a Large Custom Order, I will need at least 2 weeks notice, so that we can make sure we have your items in stock at the time your order is placed.

Please keep in mind when placing an Order with us, that Our items are Hand-Crafted.. we take pride in making you Happy with your purchase. We also need to Remind you that Hand-crafted means exactly that, and no item will be duplicated, and no item is flawless, NO Matter how hard we try. But we aim to make you Happy that you Chose Us to Custom Hand-craft Your Items.

If for any Reason you are not Satisfied with your order, please contact me Immediately, so that I can Resolve any Problems you may have with your Custom Hand-crafted Items.

When placing any order, please double check any and all measurements for decals or shirts, to verify we are on the same page with sizes. We will not be responsible for a measurement not being correct due to error on your part. However, if we make an error on OUR part, we will be extremely happy to correct that error.

During any and all orders, we will keep you informed of the status of every step, from designing to getting your order out in a timely manner.

While we try to give an approx. date your order will be complete, sometimes there are circumstances out of our control, but in few cases this happens, we will keep you informed before you make your purchase , if anyway possible.
