Your first step is to find a box the size of the journal you want to create

This minute rice box is 5” wide, 8” long and about 2 1/4” thick. (At This stage, with this sort of book, I don’t suggest a page wider than 6 inches. I’ll explain more later but for now just find a box that is no bigger than 6 inches wide.

Have you ever heard of a "junk journal"? Well it's a book which is often made through found and recycled materials to be used as a way to collect and record memories, thoughts, ideas, and inspiration.

It's my new obsession. I thought some of you might want learn more about it and follow along on my journey. I'm brand new and have so much to learn. I hope you'll enjoy.
