Mud Queen Pottery Established in 2012, MQP is a fully working pottery studio & retail gallery. Pottery classes & more! We will not refund a class once it has been taken or missed.

Mud Queen Pottery will not refund missed, cancelled, or rescheduled classes less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time. If you don’t show up to your class, you are considered a "no-show" and will not be refunded. If you have signed up for an 8-week class, once your first class has been taken, you are no longer eligible for a refund if you cancel your session. Preparing for classes costs

us time and materials, and saving a spot that doesn’t get used takes it away from another person waiting to take a class. Outside of the 48 hour timeframe, classes may only be rescheduled free of charge once.

Mud Queen and the Shops at Mud Queen are open today 11am to 3pm! Between the Covers Bookshop & Island Lux Essentials are open as well! This gorgeous couple came to the studio for their "pottery anniversary". I had the best time with Catie and Paddy! We talked about process and the ways to set a pattern into a slab built mug. We also talked a bit about wheel thrown pots vs slab built pots. It was a really great evening! Thank you Catelyn & Paddy for taking this class with me at Mud Queen!

Is it really happening? A real "snowmaggedon"? We haven't had one in a very long time 🥶 But weather reports are calling for a winter storm- so we're making the call now. We will be closed tomorrow! No classes, No open studio, No retail. We wish you all a safe day filled with sledding, cinnamon toast, snowman building, hot chocolate and all the down time with family and friends around a warm fire or a great heater. We're gonna make the best of it and stay home! See you next week when the snow has cleared and we're shoveled out!
