September is National Su***de Prevention Month💛
This is something I still struggle to talk about, even 8.5 years after losing my mom. There are some losses that change you forever, and navigating the grief that comes with su***de is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
This month, I want to do a small part to honor those we’ve lost and support those who may be struggling. 💜
