To anyone out there that is having FEMA confiscate your donated items you are taking to Tennessee, North Carolina or any where else impacted by Helene, FEMA has no authority to do so! Look under FEMA's authorizations or responsibilities. They do not have the authority to do anything except assess the situation and request additional government resources as needed!!! Do not let these people intimidate you into believing they can take an area over, they cannot! They are not the military!! And unless Marshall Law is declared they are not there to direct what you can and can not do. They are there to assist!
