So true!

So true!

The thing that matters most is what you build and how you maintain it.

These decisions dictate how people feel about your town and furthermore, how residents feel about themselves.

Build cheap ugly buildings and let them fall apart? People feel like their community doesn’t matter. And if their community doesn’t matter, they start to feel like they don’t matter either.

Build beautiful places and maintain them with pride? People carry themselves differently. They invest. They stay. They fight for their town.

Your built environment isn’t neutral. It’s shaping how people see themselves every single day.

Choose accordingly.
