I went to Pick Essentials Wellness in Lancaster, and Leslie has created such a beautiful setup. This Light System is something I have never experienced before, and it is hard to put into words. It is a space where I was able to truly relax, quiet my mind, practice self-Reiki, and even find myself on the floor in front of the screens, stretching and soaking in the colors and movement. I loved having the freedom to experience it in whatever way felt right in the moment. 💛

Sam returns to Hivynn this Friday, October 23rd, offering personal readings in the intimate warmth of this soulful old house.

A beautiful opportunity to pause, explore, and receive whatever insight may unfold.

Only a couple of appointments remain. ✨

A little moment of reflection. ✨

Lately, I’ve been learning that growth doesn’t always mean doing more.

Sometimes it’s slowing down, creating space, releasing expectations, and allowing things to take shape in ways you hadn’t imagined.

Fewer expectations. More room for possibility.

An old house. A growing collective. And so much still to discover. 💛

This beautiful old tree stands in front of Hivynn. Bold and beautiful, yet hollow at her core. Her imperfections are part of what makes her so special.

Rooted, resilient, and ever-changing, she offers shelter and supports life.

She gives so much simply by being.

I think sometimes we get caught up in measuring our worth by what is reflected back to us, how others see us, or what we accomplish. But when we pause and look to nature, we’re reminded that beauty, purpose, and value exist simply in being.

A beautiful reminder that we aren’t separate from nature. We are part of it. 💚

May we tread gently, stay curious, deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us, and honor all forms of life we share this universe with. ✨

Bars! ✨💛 What a beautiful day with these lovely ladies, learning, connecting, and becoming! Beautifully facilitated and led by Katharine! So excited to bring this new modality to Hivynn!

Phrase of the day: “How does it get better than this?” ✨ A simple yet transformative question that opens us up to even more possibilities!

This is community. 💛✨

Showing up, connecting, vibing, and supporting one another. And the Reiki energy was beautiful. Sometimes that’s the magic in itself.
