The online appointment scheduling system is now fully working again. It has been a couple of weeks of no-stress appointments. No overbooking. No juggling.
If I ask you to bend over or raise your arms during a sitting, it is because it matters if you can still properly move in the garment when I am done altering it.
A garment fits differently when sitting and standing, walking or climbing stairs, raising your arms or holding a musical instrument.
Silly as it seems, some odd tests just work to insure quality (endurance) and optimize fit.

DO YOU NEED NO-CUT ALTERATIONS?
Is your child in band, choir, or orchestra? Or another school organization requiring a uniform?
Do not wait until the night before the concert to check those uniform hemmed!!!
I am offering 20% off all "no cut" uniform hems (and other minor alterations if needed) between now and October 3, 2025.
You are now able to schedule 60 days in advance. Please factor in a 2-week return of items.

There has been some confusion on the payment of invoices recently.
ALL INVOICES FOR SERVICES RENDERED ARE SENT DIGITALLY TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED. Multiple payment options are available to pay your invoice. Payment through the invoice is my preference.
If paying with CASH, please let me know ahead of time. NO CHANGE! No cash is kept on the premises - ever. Please bring the exact amount, any overage will be considered a tip.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED! I do occasionally make exceptions to this, but it is not often. I stopped accepting personal (and business checks) in 2019.
PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL BEFORE PICKUP!
If you receive a reminder or a statement reminding you about multiple invoices, please click on the invoices listed to make payment(s).
Yes, you can pay all of them at one time. Make note of the total amount due. Then, select any invoice. Manually edit the amount to the total amount due. This creates an overpayment credit for me to manually apply to unpaid invoices.

Stacey Sansom Designs started off in July 2009 as a full-time web design and graphic design services company. Focus was on small businesses that found themselves needing more affordable options and sometimes a little hand holding. Each company has its own very unique needs for both graphic design and web design and SSD focused on building custom packages that fit each unique individual and small business. There was no task too small. SSD provided an all-in-one service so they got what they needed, when they needed it.
After 22 years in the industry, medical problems remained a prominent feature for me (Stacey Sansom, the owner and designer). It was stated repeatedly, “reduce the stress in your life.” As a result I started to slow down my output. Dealing with certain long-time clients became more exercises in stress management than overly productive projects. It was time to make a change! Projects were done on a case by case basis.
In 2016, I moved from our long-time residence in NW Houston. We are now servicing the DFW area, located north of the metroplex. It was evident that changes would continue and my stress would need to continue to be on the reduction train. As a chronic daily migraine sufferer, stress is a huge trigger. The migraines were in high gear, and I needed to drop the stress even further just to manage the pain level.
Fortunately, I possess other skill sets that do not exist solely around the web design and graphic design industries. The quest became one for finding something that would stick and help Stacey Sansom Designs thrive. The adventure in SSD’s new location has been one of interesting twists and turns. As of January 2018, SSD has shifted to an all creative design services company. As of May 2018, SSD has officially shifted to seamstress-for-hire and quilter-for-hire services.
The services and products produced by Stacey Sansom Designs have some range, but they are all products and services that stem around “creative design” rather than the more technical sides of the web design and graphic design industries.
Products produced, include: ice pack covers, quilts, table runners, place mats, mug rugs/snack mats, hot pads, and other like items.
Products also include: fabric design (produced and available for purchase through a local DFW print-on-demand textile company), printed t-shirts and like products, as well as digital printable papers and embellishments (used in digital scrapbooking and other graphical crafts).
Services provided include: designing custom fabrics, designing quilts (custom and ready-to-ship), designing quilt patterns, quilting lessons, sewing lessons, small batch manufacturing (10 item minimum per order), seamstress services, minor alterations, and like services.
Alternatively, the following services will continue to be provided on a case by case basis: web design, graphic design (including logos, advertisements, flyers, business cards, book covers, and other digital art pieces), website hosting, and website maintenance.
I look forward to growing Stacey Sansom Designs. There are a lot of exciting things in the works for SSD over the next 12-24 months. I hope that you will join me for the adventure.
