It is crucial that you remain weather aware this afternoon. We are looking at a possible tornado outbreak.

The entire state is under some form of severe weather risk.

Strong thunderstorms are most likely, especially across central, southern, regions of northern and eastern Arkansas.

The "hotspot" for significant tornado activity is across northeast Arkansas.

Strong to even violent tornadoes could occur if thunderstorms can mature and evolve correctly later today.
