❤️🖤🏈 IT’S A GREAT DAY TO BE A LONGHORN! 🏈🖤❤️

The Longhorn spirit was LOUD AND PROUD this morning! 🔥

Our Longhorn football players kicked off the day by greeting our elementary students as they arrived, and the excitement was contagious! Smiles, high-fives, and plenty of ❤️🖤 filled the morning as everyone gets ready to cheer on our Longhorns TONIGHT! 🏈

The Lockney Longhorn Parent Club was also there spreading some extra Longhorn spirit with spirit ribbon sales to help everyone get GAME DAY READY! 🎀❤️🖤

There’s nothing better than seeing our students come together and show their LONGHORN PRIDE! What an awesome way to start our Friday!

🏈 LOCKNEY LONGHORN FOOTBALL RESERVED PARKING SPOTS 🏈

Get your reserved parking spot for the 2026–2027 Longhorn Football season!

📍 3 parking spaces are available!

💰 Sealed bids will be accepted for the available spaces. The highest bidder for each spot will be awarded the space. Bids must be $75 or higher.

📌 Important Information:

- Reserved parking is for the 2026–2027 football season.
- The annual parking reservation fee is $75 per spot.
- Admission will be charged for each person in the vehicle.
- The parking spot holder must attend at least one home game during the season.
- Spots not used for at least three home games may be relinquished at the end of the season.
- Closing bids will end Friday, September 4, 2026, at the end of the workday.
- Turn your sealed bid in to Cassandra Marmolejo at the Administration Office, located at 601 Poplar St., Lockney, TX 79241.

Lockney ISD extends our heartfelt condolences to the Hale Center ISD community following the heartbreaking loss of a young and special life.

Our thoughts and prayers are with their family, friends, classmates, teachers, and everyone who is grieving this tremendous loss. May you find comfort in the memories and the love that surrounds you during this difficult time.
